~EsaNany actually had me make one of these a while ago, though I lost the file. Anywho, made a new one and this is my Anago Eel thingy... Shaffer.

He is a laidback chauffeur who drives an old Rolls Royce Phantom V that he had restored and custom painted to match his jacket. He likes to eat taffy and is hardly seen without a piece in his mouth, which makes it hard for him to talk sometimes. He likes to play billiards on his days off, as well as tend to his garden.
