Lookie, lookie! It's Kaede!

And, doodles, I love this picture! I drew this entirely by hand on GIMP with only the mouse and it was killer. It was like... Hand murder. And neck murder, cause my neck's still hurting cause of it. But still, it was worth it because I love how this came out.

Sure, I know I messed up in one or two little spots, but still, this is probably one of my best, if not my best. It's just so awesome! Whee! It's so awesome it gave me chills!

Hahah!

But yeah! Enjoy! I'll try and do more if time permits. Oh, and lookie, I even got a bio for you all, excpet the background section is kind of short. It only explains how she came to become Kakashi's daughter and doesn't go into detail about her life in either series. I'll probably get that up later.

Appearance: Kaede is a skinny, little girl, normally smaller than other children of her age. She has bright green eyes and light skin and her hair is silver-ish. Her hair is naturally messy and she likes to wear it short and lets it do what it wants. She’s rather thin, yet very flexible
Clothing/Armor: She wears a large, dark blue shirt over top a more form-fitting black, short sleeved shirt. On the sleeves of her blue shirt are small, black belts, which are for decoration only. She wears tans shorts and her shuriken pouch is worn on her right leg. Kaede wears blue fingerless gloves with metal plates on the top. She wears a long, light blue scarf around her neck in which the extra flies freely behind her. She wears blue sandals and both her shins and forearms are wrapped. Her headband is worn on her forehead.
Marks: Large X-shaped scar on right shoulder, numerous smaller scars found around shins and forearms.

As A Ninja: Despite the little girl’s kind nature, when presented with a difficult or dangerous situation, she’s completely different. She wears a serious face in battle and does everything she can to complete her goal or finish a mission, the girl, despite her age, a dedicated shinobi. She is quick to bring down opponents, though her attacks aren’t all that strong. She relies the most on her speed and agility. However, she is also very smart and strategic. Overall, Kaede’s well-balanced as a ninja as she doesn’t let her size affect her too much.

Personality: A naturally kind and caring girl, Kaede is shy and timid and is normally very quiet towards new people. She’s naturally defensive at first, but can quickly warm up to others, showing her true colors. She is actually rather hyper around people she knows, and very friendly. She is also very protective of friends and family and they all know she would do anything for them. Kaede has a strong sense of justice, however, dislikes fighting, though will fight if the situation calls for it.

She is a very unique girl, though, as she acts in an assortment of different ways, the young Hatake possessing a full spectrum of emotion. However, she is normally always hungry, which she constantly makes clear to others. She could easily each triple her weight if she was allowed to.

The little girl also has strange phobias, such as her fear of yelling and getting in trouble. She doesn’t really like rejection and being alone, though she has become used to Kakashi being away on missions. She likes to sleep and can be dangerous when woken up in a middle of a nap. Kaede is unusually mature for her age, but every once and a while, likes to let loose and act like the little kid she still is.

Biography: Though most see Kaede as Kakashi’s daughter, the little girl actually isn’t. She was actually born in the Water Country to a Jounin by the name of Toumoku Myuo, a rather heartless, bloodthirsty man forced into marriage. The man cared little for the girl, much less her well-being and pushed her constantly to her limits. He trained her with the harshest methods like his father did before him, punishing the little girl on a daily basis. Her mother, who was separated from the girl, watched in silent torture until she finally decided to save her daughter, taking her away from all that pain.

However, knowing her husband would find out about this, she only had enough time to leave the little girl in the forests a little outside of Konoha. Afterwards, the young girl’s mother fled to cover up their tracks.

The little girl was then found by Kakashi, who took her in, feeling bad for the little girl. The next day, he went to the Hokage with news about the young girl, telling him about how he had found her. The Hokage said he’d find a responsible family for her, but, for some reason, be it a whim or an act of pity, Kakashi volunteered himself to take care of her. The Third approved and Kakashi went back to his apartment.

There, he found the girl awake and huddled in a corner, slightly confused. Apparently, trauma was kind enough to wipe the girl’s memory of her terrible past, leaving her with a blank slate to start anew. Coming up with the simple story that she had merely bumped her head, Kakashi told her that she was just being silly and to stop playing around, telling her who he was and his name, along with her name: Hatake Kaede.

And it was from then on she was known as a Hatake.
