I Can Make Your Trees Pretty

I felt Clara needed a friend, so I drew her one.

This is Celia, a Pinsir gijinka, who is also a gardener. In fact, Celia and Clara work at the same place (hence the matching hats with the PokeTulip on it). Celia carries around a pair of gardening clippers with her and specializes with trees. She's calm too, but sometimes goes on clippings sprees and really likes to cut things with those clippers.
