Sorry if this is a silly question but are these tutorials meant for people with tablets and SAI or just everyone with SAI? I only have a mouse unfortunately. xD

Oh sorry. More or less - as that's what I use nowadays. But if you have really good control with a mouse, you should be able to manage. That's how I used to do things before I got my tablet
